I'm going to try something new this year - a look at what I DON'T need to be buying! If you've stuck with me so far, you'll know how I'm always whinging about how many products I have hoarded in my stash that took a hot minute to buy but f-o-r-e-v-e-r to use up! I'll be addressing which areas of my stash are most congested with products that I don't need any more of, or may not even use at all. This post might just seem like an episode of 'Hoarders'! I've been very diligent with my skincare inventory, using up what I have instead of buying more (mostly!) but with makeup - I've not been as restrained! Makeup is the first thing I'll go for if I'm feeling bored, fed-up or just because! There's such a happy (if not fleeting) feeling or pure, unadulterated joy when buying a couple of bits of makeup - but often it's swiftly followed by spending remorse!   Choosing a weekly makeup bag has really helped me keep an eye of what I have in my makeup stash. There's a lot of sales on and deals about at the moment, which makes it very hard not to impulse buy more makeup! Boots is currently offering a 3 for 2 deal (and Superdrug will probably follow soon).   So it's no surprise that I bought a few new bits this week as the offers were too good to refuse!   One place I bought something new, which I didn't expect to find, was actually at a car boot sale! I had such a difficult week with my foundation last week! Even the Erborian BB crème au Ginseng left me feeling quite greasy - so it went from one level to another with the scaly cake-iness of The Ordinary Colours foundation to the overly slippy Erborian! Which I couldn't quite work out as the Erborian felt quite matte when applied but didn't take long to make me look shiny and oily.
