Rubbish skin and rubbish nails this week! I've got a couple of spots and just feel a bit red and badly textured on my face this week so although I've chosen he Erborian BB Cream for my base, I have a feeling that it's not going to quite cut it this week...   * Erborian BB Crème * E.L.F Undereye Primer and Missha Under Eye Brightener (not pictured) * Powder - TonyMoly Cats Wink Compact * Highlighter - L'Oreal True Match Highlight * Contour - Illamasqua Gel Sculpt Contour * Mascara - Hourglass Caution Extreme Lash Mascara - After last week's slightly unfavourable 'first impressions' on this mascara, my feelings towards this have grown immensely! Touch wood, but it seems that the early 'clumping' fiasco seems to have rectified itself. I've been able to control the amount of product on the brush better and, although I wouldn't call them fluffy, my lashes haven't been half as clumpy as on day three! I can't see how an...

It's another reasonably sparse week for me - it's too hot to wear a full face of makeup, plus while my skin is looking good, I really feel like I don't need to at the moment. I reluctantly put away my new Urban Decay Beached palette this week so I can continue onwards through my other palettes and singles - although, if it's all feeling a bit dull, I can't promise that I won't be reaching out for it!   Here's what I chose this week:   * Isle of Paradise - Self-Tanning Facial Drops Really happy with this purchase! I thought that I may use it everyday but there does seem to be some residual colour left over the following day after use so I haven't felt like I've needed to.   * Erborian - CC Crème in 'Dore' Going by the few times last week that I actually chose to wear CC Crème, I thought this tiny 7ml sample would be plenty for light coverage this week.   * E.L.F - Hydrating Under Eye Primer Bought this in the E.L.F...

My skin has been in great shape recently and is looking quite clear but for some reason it's not been looking so good when using foundations with any degree of coverage - it seems to be caking on my nose and sinking into my pores making them look worse (maybe I'm drier than I think at the moment?). But whatever the reason, I'm gravitating towards lighter coverage and have been favouring my Erborian CC Cream as the only base. This week I picked up some Erborian BB Crème Au Ginseng, so have introduced that into the weekly makeup bag as my initial choice of The Ordinary Colours foundation is looking terrible on me this week! This is also the week when I start cycling through my eye shadow palettes again - and my first choice is the Obsession Makeup bespoke palette.    * Primer - A'Pieu - Start-Up Pore Primer - I have several sachet samples of this primer to use up. Although this feels very silicone-heavy, it doesn't seem to clog up my pores. And because of th...
