The Tili Mini Bag

Image
The Tili (Try it Love it) box from QVC is my favourite beauty box going, so when I had an email from QVC saying that they were offering this mini collection, I leaped at it immediately!   The Tili Mini Go Flawless Make Up- £12.00 (inc P+P) from QVC - BUY HERE   Usually when I receive a make up bag with a beauty box/bag, they just get filed away with all the others, but this bag is as lovely as any of the products inside! It's the most amazing holographic - copper/pink/silver/turquoise - translucent bag, the photo really doesn't do it justice!     I'm stunned by the amount and quality that came in the bag - all for just £12.00!   1. Becca - First Light Priming Filter (6ml) I've been wanting to try something from Becca for a while and my first introduction to the brand has been a very positive one. After one use, I think I may even dare say that this might just be The One! I've gone through a load of primer samples and still haven't...

Unboxing ~ QVC Tili Box #6

Image
Delighted that it's time for another edition of my favourite beauty box - the QVC Tili (Try it Love it) box. This is the sixth Tili box - just £20 (inc P+P) for an amazing eleven products (mixture of full and deluxe sample sizes).   Buy HERE.   Let's take a look inside     * Nails inc Nail Varnish Full Size - this is a gorgeous exclusive shade called Rose Bellini, just for the Tili Box. You know you're never going to be disappointed with Nails inc, and this stunning metallic rose gold nail varnish is perhaps my favourite item in the box.           * Red Clay Naturals Miracle Balm by Taya - 30ml. Glad I looked this one up as I actually thought it was skincare rather than haircare (there are directions on the tub, but the writing is so teeny tiny!). This has raw Maracuja oil in and smells delicious (I'm sure I can smell raspberries).         * Pixi Glow Booster in W...

Unboxing ~ QVC Tili Box #5

Image
It's been a great month for beauty subscription boxes!   Thanks God it's time for a new QVC Tili  (Try it Love it) box - this is box #5.   This is perhaps my favourite and best value subscription box. Just £20 with free P+P. So many full size products in here and there's not a dud amongst the choices. The QVC Tili box is seasonal - I've not worked out yet on what time scale they release them, but luckily there's plenty of warning on social media.   You can buy the Tili box here. It's still in stock at time of writing.     Loving this colour scheme of pink and yellow (since I'll be using the box for storage later!).     So here it is in all it's glory. I knew what the items were going to be, so no surprises (good or bad) but when you see them in their entirety you realise just how fantastic this box is. A nice mix of full size and decent travel sizes - bodycare, skincare, nails, perfume and lipsticks include...

July Favourite - Niod

Image
Niod - Non-invasive Options in Dermal Science Niod is just one of the brands from Canadian skincare Gods - Deciem (The Abnormal Beauty Company) - other brands are The Ordinary, Hylamide, The Chemistry Brand, Stemm, Fountain, HIF, White RX and AB Crew. I already own a large majority of The Ordinary products as the products are an amazingly affordable alternative for essential science/beauty hybrid products that really work! Niod products are at a higher price point (but not significantly compared to other brands offering similar products).   I initially wanted to try out Niod CAIS (Copper Amino Isolate Serum 1.00%) as I had heard so many amazing things about this product's seemingly miraculous results on many of the main signs of aging -  including texture, uneven skin tone and enlarged pores. All issues I want to address. The brand also promises that within just five days of continued use you will notice younger looking skin. I'll go into more d...

Unboxing - QVC Tili Box

Image
QVC - Tili Box (Try it, Love it)     Why on earth I didn't buy this box sooner is absolutely beyond me! I was only recently aware that QVC sold a beauty box (they are one-off boxes so you don't need to subscribe or commit). This is the Tili (try it, love it) box number 4. And it's woefully under-represented on social media and in the press as it's by far the most superior and best value box that I've had so far.   Only £20.00 with free postage from QVC (at time of writing the fourth edition box is still available). It comes in a lovely, sturdy (and big!) peach coloured box. Even though I knew what was in the box, the anticipation and excitement were at crazy levels. Just look at this presentation!   I was most looking forward to trying out the Alpha-H Liquid Gold Rose Edition. This has featured on so many Instagram feeds and I really wanted to find out why it is so loved for myself. I already use an AHA/BHA toner and sugges...
