Scent and Texture
This has a light fruity-floral scent which is extremely fresh.
Texture-wise, it's a viscous, slightly cloudy serum with a silky feel. Although you can feel the oil, it feels more like a water-based serum than an oil-based serum.

Application
Apply to cleansed skin morning and evening. This absorbs beautifully - one drop is enough for the entire neck and décolletage. There is no sticky or tacky residue, the serum absorbs quickly and fully and leaves your skin instantly plump and hydrated.

Thoughts
I've never used a dedicated neck product before. At 48, I've yet to really experience any signs of aging on my neck.
My previous routine would involve a glancing consideration to my neck area by following the general 'take it to the tits'  principle of whatever products I used on my face, would also be used on my neck and décolletage. Obviously, this would include daily SPF protection.
I guess I assumed that most anti-aging neck products would be of the heavy, rich cream variety - and I've never been a fan of heavy, rich creams!
However, since the Green Keratin Cactus B5 Neck Elasticity Fluid is a serum, I had no such qualms about using this type of product.

And that's the most positive thing about this serum. Like all of the Green Keratin serums I have tried, this is an absolute JOY to use! I can think of two brands that consistently formulate products that layer so well and are a dream to use because they fit seamlessly in with absolutely any other product - and Green Keratin is one of those brands (the other being Ishtar Skinlights).

Everything about this serum is perfection - from the initial scent, to the silky and hydrating texture, to the way it plays with other products and most importantly, the results from using it.

Because I didn't really have any obvious signs of aging to the skin on my neck, I'm afraid I can't bring you any dramatic before and after photos, showing how my neck turned from turtle to swan! But I can certainly avow to the difference in texture to the skin on my neck - it's undeniably smoother and more even-toned and certainly much plumper and at least feels younger.

I'm guessing that if you asked a selection of older women which signs of aging would made them look and feel 'old', the answers would most likely be - sagging skin (think Marionette Lines) on the face and neck, and wrinkles and loss of definition around the eyes and mouth.

It's been clear to me (now that I'm sitting in that 'mature skin' bracket) that for me personally, the number one thing I can do for my skin is to keep it well hydrated - skin looks and feels firmer, fine lines are plumped out and my skin has a much better, healthier tone. And the Green Keratin Neck Elasticity Fluid certainly does this.

This product is definitely going to be a keeper and a daily essential product.
I'll try to remember to come back when I'm 60 and let you know how my neck is looking then!
