Late to the Party

  Ooh, but it feels like a fab month for new discoveries! I've bought some stuff, been sent some stuff, eyed-up new stuff and wanted new stuff and pretty much all of it has been outstanding stuff!   Here are just some of the high-lights from the March Stuff-athon:     Flower Beauty - Light Illusion Foundation I did actually tell myself that I was to absolutely not buy anymore foundations until I had finished up at least two from my current stash! But I was absolutely intrigued when I saw that Flower Beauty by Drew Barrymore was being stocked in Superdrug. I took a gamble and ordered some online without testing the product in store first. The shade I wanted was out of stock for weeks online but as soon as it became available, I ordered immediately. Luckily the gamble paid off - the shade 'Nude' was a perfect match for my skin and the foundation itself if bloody fantastic.   NK Naturals - Winter Season Oil £15.00 for 15mls BUY HERE   What is it? Winter Oil is specifically designed to combat the issues that can affect the skin during the coldest of seasons. Suitable for Vegans.   Ingredients: Jojoba oil, O at kernel oil, Cacay Oil, S ea Buckthorn, B enzoin and A mber resin     Scent and Texture: Beautiful rich orange colour. Although it's quite a rich oil, it does absorb reasonably quickly, but I wouldn't call it a 'dry' oil. Lightly scented but nothing that lingers.   Application: Massage a small amount onto damp skin in the evening. Alternatively can be used as a booster in your morning routine.   Joanna Naturals are a British Indie Artisan Natural Skincare brand, whose products all contain natural plant-based ingredients. All products are Vegan.   Joanna Naturals offer ten different facial oils - each one formulated to address particular skin issues and concerns.   I first became aware of the brand when I received a bottle of Joanna Naturals So Calm Facial Oil in a Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box last year. I remember thinking back at that time that this was exactly the oil I would have chosen for myself. 'So Calm' is particularly suited to Rosacea prone skin; environmentally stressed skin; skin prone to redness and sensitivity and also dry, mature and damaged skin.   Although I don't have Rosacea, I do suffer from redness and my skin can be very reactive and sensitive, particularly around the changes in the seasons.
