Current Double Cleansing Choices

My favourite part of my skincare routine is double-cleansing. And although I like to try and keep my routines consistent, I do have quite a lot of products in this category so I like to have a few on the go each month.
This month's choices are a mixture of favourites, a new seasonal product I've just received and some that have been open for a while and need using up!

First Cleansers

Lime & Lilac - Passionflower Cleansing Oil* (PR Sample)
My all-time favourite cleansing oil. Whilst I feel some urgency to finish off other products that have been open for far too long, I would feel a bit bereft in I didn't get to use this a few times a week. This cleansing oil is more than just a cleanser, it's a full-on sensory experience. From the gorgeous slick of applying and massaging the oil to either dry or slightly damp skin; the glorious emulsifying action that turns the oil into a silky, milky lotion, to the way that it clears up every last scrap of makeup, daily grime and SPF.

Nakin - Advanced Cleansing Milk
Although I much prefer a good cleansing balm or oil for my preferred first cleanser, I have been enjoying this Nakin cleansing milk. However, this has been opened for some time now and I really need to finish it up as quickly as possible.

Optimum - Bedtime Balm
I bought this last year when it was on offer at Superdrug. It's a lovely velvety cleansing balm, with just a touch of a granular texture.  It emulsifies nicely too - turning milky when water is added. But, it's not suitable for use on the eyes and it really does sting if you accidentally get some in your eyes. Unfortunately, not being able to use it for eye makeup removal means that I won't be repurchasing this.

N.K Naturals - Spring Cleansing Balm *(PR Gifted)
I'm hugely excited to get a chance to try N.K Naturals brand new and not yet released Spring Cleansing Balm. This is one of Nicola's brand new releases (set to go on sale on March 20th) when she will be introducing more products to go alongside her seasonal facial oils.
The Spring range is made purely for that transitional period when the skin is becoming used to more daylight and better weather conditions. During this time, skin can become more sensitive and prone to flare ups and allergic reactions. So the Spring range is designed to ease your skin comfortably and kindly into this new period, protecting the skin from environmental stressors.

Second Cleansers

Cerave - Foaming Cleanser
This is such a great value, no-nonsense, no-frills second cleanser. Low foam so not at all drying on the skin. I really can't find anything to fault about this cleanser and it will definitely remain a staple in my collection. It lasts for ages too - I've had this for about a year and it's still going strong. I keep this one as my in-shower cleanser.

Glossier - Milky Jelly Cleanser
I'm pretty new to Glossier, although the Milky Jelly Cleanser has been on my wish list for a good couple of years.
This is one cleanser that absolutely lives up to the hype!
It's gentle and creamy and non-drying, leaving skin super soft and clean. I think this might take first place for my favourite second cleanser. Definitely a repurchase.

Verso - Foaming Cleanser
I recently picked this up as one of my picks in the Feel Unique Beauty Kit as I'd been wanting to try Verso for a while now.
This is another no-nonsense cleanser. Low-foam and non-drying. It's not particularly exciting and I think for the price I'd expect more of an 'experience' than this offers. But it was nice to try.
