In these uncertain times it's always a pleasure to grab hold of something which can ground you and calm the mind, body and spirit.

This month's box is filled with five gorgeous products to aid with meditation - however you choose to do it, whether it's taking time out every day to meditate or just for a time when you want to contemplate or give yourself some much needed self care.

Two of the brands are already favourites of mine, one brand that I wanted to try for the longest time, a brand that I've heard of recently and was interested in and a completely new-to-me brand.

Yet again, I was delighted with every single product in the box and all of the items are things that I will definitely look forward to using.

Let's take a closer look:

Help Me Organics - Help Me Have A Room Full of Calm Room Spray (40ml)
RRP £9.00

I first met Help Me Organics via a previous Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box and loved their  'Help Me Get Into The Christmas Spirit' Candle so I was delighted to see this room spray, which was actually on my wish list.
Designed to calm stress and anxiety, this room spray helps us to be more present rather than dwelling about the past or worrying about the future - which is something I'm extremely guilty of!
Blended with Frankincense, Geranium bourbon and Lavender, spray two bursts into the room and let peace fill the air.

Skin Alchemists - Sweet Dreams Massage Candle (150g)
RRP £15.00

Again, another favourite brand of mine, thanks to discovering them through the Skin Organics box, every thing I've tried from Skin Alchemists has become a firm favourite.
I have yet to try their 'Sweet Dreams' body candle though, so I'm really looking forward to that.
The candle contains a therapeutic blend of mind relaxing and muscle soothing botanicals.
I'm quite new to body candles, only trying my first last year, but I became hooked on the sensation of drizzling and massaging warm oil onto my skin. It's a real treat for the senses and makes for an intensive skin treatment and a super pampering experience.

Refresh Tea & Soap Co - zzz Zone Out Bath Bar (125g)
RRP 12.00

At a time when soap is being bought up in the shops by the trolley load, it makes a welcome addition to the box. I'd not heard of the Refresh Tea & Soap Co before but am mightily happy to make their acquaintance now!
The ZZZ Zone Out Bath Bar is a very generous 125g bar. It's made with purple tea (which sounds very exciting) and gives the soap a naturally occurring soft pink colour. It smells absolutely gorgeous - a lavender and woody/citrus scent with flecks of botanicals visible in the bar. I'm always delighted to receive handmade soap - but particularly now!

Om Shanti Alchemy - Fire Meditation Oil (10ml)
RRP £8.00

This was this month's 'sneak peak' on social media and I was looking forward to trying this brand, who I'd recently heard of via Emma at Beauty Folio Blog.
This fabulous roll-on meditation oil is blended with Neroli, Sandalwood & Mandarin essential oils. Guaranteed to calm the mind instantly and aid with meditation or just help you feel more grounded through it's soothing scent, Apply to pulse points and take three long inhalations, breathing in the scent. This is such a restful and peacefully scented oil and I've been applying it throughout the day so that I can carry the scent with me at all times.

Blue Labelle - Argan & Sea Buckthorn Facial Oil (10ml)
RRP £7.50

Blue Labelle is a brand who have been on my want-to-try list for ages and yet again Paula comes through in helping me tick off products and brands from my wish list!
The Argan & Sea Buckthorn facial oil is a super antioxidant rich oil. Deep orange in colour and seriously rich and nourishing in texture. This oil is both rejuvenating and protective and makes for a great skin barrier at this time of year. Apparently, there are only two plants on the planet that contain Omega 7 and this concentrated blend contains them both - Sea Buckthorn and Macadamia nut. It is already found in the skin and helps to delay skin and cell ageing but the older we get, the concentration in our skin decreases. So although suitable for all skin types and ages, this will particularly suit more mature skin.

Yet again, another fantastic box which seemed all the more pertinent at this crazy time. It's incredibly stressful at the moment, so we really all do need all the extra calming help we can get.
Thank you to Paula and all the brands in this month's box for bringing some peace to this tumultuous period.
