An intensive moisture hand cream for dry/very dry skin.

Scent and Texture
Thick white cream. Hard to describe the scent. I really like it though - if I had to choose a description it would be 'peppery'. Maybe it smells of Sunflower - but I don't know what that's supposed to smell like!
Thoughts
I get through a lot of hand creams. They're one of those products that I view as perfunctory - they either do the job required of them or they don't! I'll usually use them up and turn to the next one in my stash. It's very rare that I go back and repurchase a hand cream let alone bother with reviewing them, but the Laidbare 'In Safe Hands' hand cream is one of those products that acted in much more than a perfunctory way. and I have already repurchased a back-up.
As a bookseller, I need a hand cream that doesn't leave a greasy residue and absorbs quickly - it's also a bonus if my hands still feel moisturised after repeated hand washing.
The Laidbare 'In Safe Hands' hand cream delivers all of those requirements.
On application, the hand cream is rich in texture but it quickly absorbs into the skin and leaves a noticeably cooling and hydrating sensation - almost like water. It's actually an incredibly satisfying sensation and I'm particularly happy that there is no feeling of greasy residue after using it. It absorbs brilliantly.
Although I have been using this during winter, I wouldn't necessarily reserve it as a winter hand cream as I feel it's light enough to use year round.
Fantastic stuff and one of the few hand creams that I feel deserves a repeat purchase.
