May 2019 Empties

Image
Another good month for empties. Lots of items that have been hanging around for ages and that I wanted to finish off. I'm finally coming to the end of my large collection of products from The Ordinary. For me, it's definitely been one of those brands where I initially bought almost everything they released, but there have been very few (if any) that I'd go back to repurchase (possibly the Argireline and the Niacinamide). Key:   WR - Will repurchase or have already repurchased. MR - Might repurchase at a later date after similar products in my stash have been used up first. WNR - Will not repurchase. Either I didn't like this product, it didn't work for me or was just too expensive. * Milk Makeup - Urban Defence Mask WNR I was unbelievably excited when I spotted this in T.K Maxx last year. But, that was the only enthusiasm I mustered for this mask. What a let down! It was the blandest mask I've ever tried and unfortunately such a massi...

May 2019 Favourites

This month's star line up!           Pure Savvy - The Entire Range! (*PR Products) Buy here   I was recently sent the entire range of Pure Savvy products to try out and I've been blown away by every single item! This range has totally revolutionised my skincare routine with it's no-nonsense, highly effective and streamlined approach to skincare. I'm finding that I've been (shock! horror!) quite dramatically reducing the amounts of products that I'm using in each routine. But with products like these, when you've achieved your skincare goals in much simpler steps, it seems pointless to keep adding more and more steps when the job's already been swiftly taken care of!   Several of the products harness the incredible power of snow mushroom as an ingredient. Snow Mushroom (Tremella Fuciformis) is a natural alternative to Hyaluronic Acid but has smaller particles than HA so penetrates the skin more easily. I'm fi...

This journey has been a bit hit and miss, but here are some of the natural hair care products that I've recently been using and loving.     From L-R: Unearthd - The Mane Attraction; Zenon Kition - Essential Bliss Shampoo and Conditioner and Hema Organic Oils - Orange Passion Hair Oil     Zenon Kition - Essential Bliss Shampoo and Conditioner* BUY HERE   * These products were sent to me in return for an honest review.
