November 2018 Empties

Another good month for finishing up products, which is a nice feeling as we draw closer to the end of the year.

Key
WR - Will/Have repurchased
MR - Might repurchase at a later date
WNR - Will not repurchase - ever!
DC - De-cluttered.

Skincare

* Superdrug B - Micellar Water - WR - This was fantastic! I used this every night to remove my eye makeup and it did an amazing job - no need for a dedicated eye makeup remover. This huge bottle is often found on offer (usually for under £3) - I just have another bottle of Micellar water to use up first but then I will definitely be repurchasing. I can't recommend this highly enough!
* Pixi - Glow Tonic - MR - I like this well enough but there are other glycolic acid toners I prefer over this one.
* Zenon Kition - Floral Beauty Mist - MR - A lovely rosewater toner/mist which I used as a morning cleanser and to mix with clay masks.
* Oskia - Renaisaance Mask - WR -A Holy Grail mask. Possibly my most favourite mask ever. I have previously reviewed it here. It's a pricey one though, so if I have to just keep buying the deluxe sample sizes I will.
* Gatineau - Peeling Expert - MR - The more I used this, the more I liked it. It was an interesting enzyme peel in that it had a balmy texture that turned watery as you massaged it into your skin. There was no balling up of product as with some enzyme peels, but it left my skin refreshed, brightened and extremely soft.
* Origins - Anti-Aging Power Serum - MR - I didn't really get too much of a feel for this serum with just 5ml of product. It was a creamy serum and I think I prefer runny or gel-type serums. It was very hydrating, but I didn't get a chance to notice any effects from longer term use.
* Eau Thermale Avene - Extremely Gentle Cleansing Lotion - WNR - I bought this as part of a set a couple of years ago when I didn't really have my skincare routine properly figured out and my skin would get far more sensitive and hydrated than it does these days. I would absolutely recommend this if you are suffering from sensitive, tight and dry skin.
* Burt's Bees - Cleansing Oil - WNR - This was a nice enough cleansing oil but I've tried lots of others that I prefer over this.
* Green People - Damask Rose Moisturiser - WNR - I enjoyed using this but for me personally, it was slightly too rich as a day cream but not rich enough for a night cream.
* Rodial - Stem Cell Magic Gel - MR - I used this as an overnight mask, mixed with a couple of drops of the Rodial Booster oil and together they worked really well.
* Glamglow - Supermud Clearing Treatment - WNR - I'm not really sold on this. It was okay as a spot treatment mask, but nowhere near as effective as the Omorovicza mask.
* The Wild Mix - Blue Camo Cooling Mask - WNR - I think I would've liked this more if I had been better at mixing it properly. This sample gave me about three uses - and each of those I mucked up when mixing with floral water and the mask came out too thin but with lumps in, so I really couldn't get too much of an impression after using it.

Masks & Samples

* Chobs Collagen Face Mask - MR - From the natural Beauty Box giveaway that I won. I really enjoyed using this mask.
* My Scheming - Deep Ocean Water Saccharide Isomerate Mask - WR - I bought this because the name made me think that it would be really hydrating. And it was! These budget masks are my favourite for a quick boost of hydration and brightening.
* Clarena - Anti-Hyperpigmentation Cream - MR - I really liked this cream and would be interested in buying a full size - but I had no indication whether it worked or not as you would need a much longer-term use to see results. Might be worth a try in the future though.
* Twelve Beauty - Ideal Moisture Level Serum and Ideal Brightening Corrective Serum - WNR - I liked these but again, a sample size wasn't enough to give an indication of long-term results. The price would prohibit me purchasing a full size.
* Ziaja - Tinted Sun Cream 50+ SPF - WR - I was quite surprised by how much I liked this sun cream as I 've only ever really liked using Japanese and Korean sun creams. I would buy this for summer use as it's tinted.
* Butter Bar Soapery - Soothe Bath Salts - WR - I've loved everything I've ever tried by Butter Bar Soapery and these were no exception.
* Chloe - EDP - MR - This is an interesting scent. At first spray the scent is hardly discernible but as time passes on it has a really lovely base.

Body Care

* Ingenious Beauty - Ultimate Collagen + - WR - The supplements are amazing! I haven't been taking the advised three capsules a night as I'm wanting to preserve their longevity (I have another pack of this size too). But even at a lower dose I can see the benefits.
* L'Occitane - Ultra Rich Shower Cream - WNR - This was nice enough but not really special enough to want to buy again.
* No Secrets - Four  Shower Cream - WNR - I loved the scent of this but it didn't really lather up as much as I would have liked.
* Aromatherapy Associates - Revive Morning Bath & Shower Gel - MR - Lovely zingy scent but this sample was used up far too quickly.

Makeup & De-Clutters

* The Ordinary Colours - Coverage Foundation - DC - I decided to get rid of this because it really didn't work for me and I didn't want to use it up just to prove a point!
* A'Pieu - Vitamin Tok Powder - DC - I've had this sitting around in my stash for ages because I really wasn't sure how to use it and there was very little information online about how to use it.
* TonyMoly - Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base - DC - I liked this when I first used it but after pulling it out to use again after a period of time had passed, I found that it really caked under my eyes. Maybe it had gone off?
* Illamasqua - Gel Sculpt Contour - WR - This was one of my 20/20 vision project choices and I used this up every week until it was empty. I do usually prefer powder contours but this gel contour was really cooling and blended well, so I will probably repurchase in the future.
* Model Co - Contour Stick - DC - I used this for quite a while but actually it was too orangey, so off it goes.
* MUA - Eye Primer - DC - Just never reached for this.
* Model Co - Instant Radiance Concealer - DC - The colour wasn't too bad but the applicator is one of those click and turn things with a brush, which was just too irritating as it either sent too much product onto the brush or none at all.
