The Natural Beauty Box

I won a giveaway!!
It was a bloody brilliant prize too - the Natural Beauty Box August 'Quench & Glow' sold-out box. And I was so, so happy to have won. Just check out what amazing products were in the box:

The Natural Beauty Box costs £24.95 (with free delivery within the UK) - Subscribe HERE

Chobs - Collagen Mask
I've been seeing quite a lot of these Chobs masks on Instagram recently and hadn't realised that they were actually a South Korean brand. This sheet mask contains organic collagen extract, organic rosemary leaf and organic chamomile water. I've been off my masking game recently, so I'm looking forward to trying this one. I took a look at some of the other Chob sheet masks in the range and they all look pretty exciting. These retail at £4.10 and seem to be readily available online in the UK.

Bespoke Aroma - Uplifting Bath Tea and Peppermint Facial Mist
Bespoke Aroma is a new-to-me band who I had seen mentioned online when people starting posting about this box back when it came out in August. They're based in the Lake District and have a lovely range of really reasonably priced products, including pulse point oils, creams, bath teas, mists and spritzes, soaps and oils.
I've never tried a bath tea before but it all looks very exciting. It's a sachet of lemon pieces, peppermint leaves, rosemary leaves, oatmeal, dead sea salts, peppermint essential oil and grapefruit essential oil.
You leave the bag in the bath as the water is running and after you have filled your bath to let the brew infuse and then you can also use the bag as a flannel to get the most from the botanicals. I've done similar with a bag of oatmeal before and it makes a lovely, milky, creamy bath and wash.
I absolutely love the peppermint facial mist - it really is a refreshing and uplifting mist and I can see myself repurchasing this for sure!

Nakin - Natural Anti-Aging Advanced Cleansing Milk
Again, I'd heard of this brand when this August Natural Beauty Box came out and it's a brand that I'm very happy to be able to try out.
A first-cleanser to remove makeup, impurities and pollutants. Contains Hyaluronic Acid, Pomegranate and Seaweed Extract to even skin tone and assist cell renewal.

Buff - Nuit - Sea Salt Body Scrub
Based in Ashburton, Devon, Buff is a natural, cruelty free, small batch brand offering an eco luxe range of skincare and candles. I'm loving their seaside style and having a look at their range, the products all have that feel-good, fresh-air, beside-the-sea vibe!
This sea salt body scrub is from the 'Nuit'  'Warming & Relaxing' range. It smells absolutely gorgeous and no wonder as it has some gorgeous 100% natural ingredients - Bergamot, Ginger, Palma Rosa, Patchouli and Sandalwood.
I used this in the shower after swimming and it really was fantastic! A lovely complex layered scent with a good (but not too harsh) scrub quotient and no need for a body oil or butter when drying as the oils in this really nourish and soften your skin.

Divine and Handmade - Pure Hazelnut Oil
Always delighted to try a new body or facial oil and I hadn't heard of Divine and Handmade or really heard about Hazelnut Oil.
Hazelnut oil is a very multi-purpose oil, suitable for face, body and hair.  Contains Vitamins A, B, D, E, Minerals, Proteins, Oleic Acid and Linoleic Acid. Apparently this oil is great for oily and problematic skins  - it cleanses your pores and can eliminate acne and can be used as a first cleanse oil.
Divine and Handmade are an eco-friendly and ethical brand who make small-batch skincare and body care with 100% natural ingredients. They are also cruelty free, palm oil free and suitable for vegans. They have a lovely range of skincare, bath and body care and candles - all very reasonably priced.

Twelve Beauty - Sample Sachets of Ideal Moisture Level Serum and Ideal Brightening Corrective Serum
I think I was most excited to get the chance to try some Twelve Beauty - an amazing brand, but sadly a bit too out of my price range, so these samples were a great inclusion.
Twelve Beauty was founded by Pedro Catala, who "fuses his scientific knowledge in pharmacy, botany and cosmetology with 20 years of expertise in plants and herbology into a unique approach for modern urban skincare".
This really is rather special stuff. So far I have tried the Ideal Moisture Level Serum, which, to be honest, felt like an average hydrating serum when first applied. But I was taking my time with this particular routine, going off and doing small jobs between each product and after about ten minutes had passed I realised just how uber-hydrating this serum was! Within that small amount of time my skin felt and looked noticeably better - plumped, softened, fully hydrated and feeling really well fed. I'm kind of sad that I can't rush out and buy the full size of this product, but at least I got the chance to try it.

This was a fantastic prize and a really beautifully curated box, featuring some absolutely stellar products and brands. I'd dearly love to subscribe to this box monthly, but financial restrictions at the moment mean that I can't just right now. Fingers crossed for an upswing in sales 'cos this will be first on my wish list!
