Weekly Makeup Bag #22

I had such a difficult week with my foundation last week! Even the Erborian BB crème au Ginseng left me feeling quite greasy - so it went from one level to another with the scaly cake-iness of The Ordinary Colours foundation to the overly slippy Erborian! Which I couldn't quite work out as the Erborian felt quite matte when applied but didn't take long to make me look shiny and oily.
Here's hoping this week's foundation choice is more successful!

* Primer - Pixi by Petra Flawless & Poreless Primer
* Foundation - L'Oreal True Match
* Undereye Concealer (not pictured) - Inglot - This has got to be used up this week. I'm getting bored now!
* Powder - TonyMoly Cat's Wink
* Highlighter - E.L.F - Baked highlighter in 'Moonlight Pearls'
* Bronzer - E.L.F - Sunk Kissed Glow Bronzer - I actually didn't reach for this at all last week so I'm keeping it in for this week.
* Blusher - Hourglass - Ambient Lighting Blush in 'Luminous Flush'
* Contour (not pictured) - Makeup Revolution Contour Palette
* Eyeshadow Palette - Lorac Mega Pro 3 - Was so excited to get my hands on this again (haven't used since January!!). It's perhaps my favourite palette - although it's also my grubbiest palette. See swatches below.
* Mascara - Pur - Fully Charged Mascara
* Lipstick - Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour in 'Be My Baby'.

Lorac Mega Pro 3 Swatches

My favourite eyeshadow palette. The shade range in this palette is unbeatable - I love that there are two rows of mattes and two rows of shimmers. The shadows are highly pigmented, buttery and long-lasting, although a couple can be a tiny bit chalky.

Top Row

From top to bottom:
Dark Navy/Eggplant/Violet Gray/Dusty Mauve/Walnut/Pecan/Tan/Pink Cream

Just look at these gorgeous matte shades! You could probably just use this top row on it's own for a week without feeling too hard done by.

2nd Row

From top to bottom:
Jet Black/Bark/Maple/Hickory/Vintage/Mist/Toffee/Crepe

Another row of matte shades. I often use the top shade 'Jet Black' as a tight-liner - you don't even need to wet your brush to get a deep and even black.

3rd Row

From top to bottom:
Deep Fog/Glacier/Sequoia/Brown Sugar/Bellini/Cider/Cava/Snow

I think this is my favourite row of shimmer and metallic shades.

Bottom Row

From top to bottom:
Licorice/Pomegranate/Dark Roast/Olive/Rose Quartz/ Rust/ Pink Bronze/Tulle

Or maybe this is my favourite row!
