Weekly Make Up Bag #1

On the back of making my skincare inventory and taking stock of what I need to use up, I thought I'd do a similar thing with my make up (I also spent and bought excessively on make up items last year!!).
There are several online make up projects that I've seen which involve people making make up inventories and planning on how many items they can hit pan on. I have been following some of these with avid interest but although I don't think I'll make it a 'plan to hit complete pan', I do like the idea of using older and forgotten items so that they're not wasted.
 
So, this may well turn out to be a bit of a half-baked plan that gets forgotten about in a couple of months, but I thought it would be interesting to pack up a make up bag at the beginning of each week with certain items that I'd like to use up, or that I need to use up due to expiration dates. But I'm also including new and favourite items so I don't get too bored. I don't want this to be the equivalent of a make up diet!!
 
 
This weeks bag:
 
* Foundation: (not actually pictured) I'm using up the last of the foundation samples that I collected while on the hunt for my perfect foundation.
* Eye Shadow Palettes: NEW - Elf - lots of lovely everyday nude mattes in this new palette. Old/FAVE - Lorac Mega Pro 3: I love this palette. It's a bugger for keeping clean though! So many great colours in this palette that you probably wouldn't get bored if you used this on it's own for a month. NEW - Kiko - Too excited to leave this new gold water eye shadow for any time. I'm loving this!
* Concealer: OLD/FAVE -Inglot - Probably well-expired, but it's one of the only under eye concealers that doesn't make my fine lines look worse. Need to probably toss at the end of the month.
* Powder - OLD - TonyMoly Cats Wink - I don't often use powder, but this is great for touch-ups and it really does need using up before it expires.
* Blusher: OLD/FAVE- Inglot - cream blush. The first blush I bought. It's probably well-expired but it's so nice and I just want to use it a bit more before I toss it. I only started to wear blusher everyday in the last year.
* Mascara: OLD - Elf - I picked this up a while ago for just £1 in an Elf sale. It's actually really great though, but definitely needs to be used up by the end of the month.
* Contour: FAVE - Illamasqua gel sculpt contour stick.
Highlighter: OLD - Elf - Possibly one of the first highlighters I bought (again in a previous Elf sale for under £1). It's fine - I just have better!
Lipsticks: NEW - inc:redible - lip balm. FAVE - Models Own raspberry lip gel stain.

I've only hit pan on one of the Lorac Mega Pro 3 shades (Tan).

If you're an Instagram user then it will have been nigh on impossible for you not to have noticed all the drama surrounding Deciem CEO Brandon Truaxe's bizarre Instagram posts. It all seemed to kick off quite quickly ( I won't go into it too much here) with him posting, at first, passive posts where everything was 'peaceful and loving' and quickly degenerated into pretty hateful comments directed at other users who questioned his behaviour.
