If you remember my Nature's Notes London brand spotlight post from last year, you'll remember that I fell in love with this brand, their ethos, the labelling and packaging, the stories and songs behind each soap and definitely the soaps themselves!
All of the soaps that Amina creates are inspired by a particular song and the feels that the song evokes.
By far the funkiest and cleverest labelling I've come across- the soap bars have cassette style labels.
These are so much fun!
Looks Delhicious was inspired by the song 'Thoda Resham Lagta Hai' by Lata Mangeshkar. Amina wanted the scent of Looks Delhicious to remind us of Chai. Cinammon leaf and sweet orange bring us the spice and cocoa powder gives that sweet, vanilla depth. Cocoa Powder also acts as a gentle exfoliant.
These bars are huge! I actually chopped my bar of 'Looks Delhicious' in half so it was a more manageable hand-sized shape for the bathroom.
Looking like a big ole delicious slab of country handmade fudge!
There's so much care and attention to the Nature's Notes soaps. You can see how they've been hand-poured with their swirled tops and ridged sides.
I've tried a few Nature's Notes London soaps now and it's really quite hard to pick a favourite, but I think Looks Delhicious takes the top spot and it's definitely one I'll be buying over and over again.
